Event Summary

This half day or twilight
course is essential for any governor likely to sit on a pupil discipline panel
and it is highly recommended that panel members are re-trained every 3 years

Event description Excluding a pupil involves a statutory process that governors should ensure they perform legally and effectively. Appeals have been lost because the panel has not attended recent training.
